Karl Haussmann

Karl Haussmann has been a part of the Austin community since 1995, witnessing firsthand the city’s incredible growth and transformation. With more than two decades of experience in real estate, he has developed expertise in residential and commercial sales and leasing, as well as real estate development, making him a trusted resource in the ever-evolving Central Texas market. 

Before establishing himself in Austin, Karl worked in international trade services and sports marketing in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois. His passion for building relationships and making an impact extends beyond real estate—after earning a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Texas, he played a pivotal role in founding Livestrong, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting those affected by cancer. As its Executive Director, Karl helped raise millions of dollars to further its mission. 

Karl’s dedication to his clients goes beyond just transactions—he values long-term relationships, ensuring that his clients receive guidance and support before, during, and long after their deals are done. 

Outside of real estate, Karl is a devoted husband and proud father of three. He’s also an avid swimmer and cyclist, with a background as a professional triathlete.
