Here's how an amazing realtor helped me keep my sanity during Covid: Everything started with me deciding to upgrade my apartment with a larger, newer unit. Klavdia listened to me, understood my vision and taste, and most importantly, understood and respected my contingency. I needed to sell my apartment to be able to purchase the new unit. We established a price range for my sale, and she helped me sign a purchase agreement with my contingency for the new unit. She represented me for my sale and my purchase at the same time. I am one of those people who likes to keep a clean apartment and I don't think I could have trusted anyone else with "my space". Klavdia made sure all potential buyers respect my home and she even went above and beyond by wiping all surfaces touched by strangers after they left. I don't think I could trust anyone else while I wasn't present. Once we had a few offers, she helped me navigate the negotiation process and we sold my apartment for a fair price. Then we somehow managed to close on my sale on one day and close on my purchase on the next day without me losing my mind. And words can't describe how happy I am in my new space. She even helped me take measurements of the new space so I can order new furniture. She was beyond a realtor, she was a true friend. I do have to mention that in the middle of the whole process, I found out that I had a health issue I had to urgently deal with. Klavdia made me feel truly taken care of in the midst of this emergency and made the process even easier by taking on more responsibility so I didn't have to think about it. Klavdia goes above and beyond to get you your dream home while also being one of the most warm, friendly and genuine people I have ever met. I worked with Klavdia on my first ever apartment in NYC years ago, and then recently with my first home purchase! Finding a home you love is so much more than just square footage, price, and # of beds and baths, and Klavdia totally gets that.
