Megan Kopman and Jillian Adler have been working as a successful team since 2011, selling over $200,000,000 in Boston over the last several years. Megan constantly ranks Top 20 in the entire city of Boston in all property types for total sales volume. Jillian has been a Massachusetts Real Estate Agent since 2009, and has over $175M in sales volume since 2012 as part of the Kopman Adler team.

MEET MEGAN

Megan is a licensed attorney and Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and has achieved the National Realtors Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) for her advanced study as well as years of experience and successful representation of buyers, sellers, developers and investors. Megan utilizes her extensive real estate expertise, local knowledge, and investment analysis skills to guide every client through a successful transaction. Megan also represents investors and developers from sourcing properties, "deal-appropriate" due diligence through acquisition, financing, construction and layout planning, and close and sell out. Megan constantly ranks Top 20 in the entire city of Boston in all property types for total sales volume - representing Boston Real Estate buyers and sellers in the successful purchase or sale of their homes or investment properties. Megan prides herself not only on finding the right property for each client but also finding the property that will provide a healthy return for each client – whether a homeowner or developer. She views every transaction as an opportunity to build wealth for her clients.

Prior to launching a career in real estate, Megan was a commercial real estate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP where she represented lenders, borrowers/developers, large funds, private developers and REITS in the acquisition, financing, construction and sell out of portfolio properties nationwide. Megan represented lending entities in the placement of first mortgage financing, construction financing, and mezzanine debt. Megan also represented national developers and joint venture partners in the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of all types of real estate assets. Megan graduated from Vanderbilt University and received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

MEET JILLIAN

Jillian Adler is an accomplished Boston real estate agent, known for her work ethic, commitment to her clients, and well proven track record. Jillian has been a Massachusetts Real Estate Agent since 2009, and brings to Compass extensive experience in Boston’s real estate and development markets, and over $200M in sales volume since 2012, as part of the Kopman Adler team.

Having worked and been a resident of Massachusetts for over 10 years, she brings a wealth of knowledge of not only the current market trends, but of each neighborhood's distinct community and flare. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Jillian worked for a premier public relations firm in New York City, representing developers on their latest projects in up-and-coming neighborhoods and marketing their projects to multiple press outlets such as Brokers Weekly, the Real Deal, and the New York Post.

Jillian received her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts of Amherst with a dual degree in Psychology and Communications. A native of Greenwich, Connecticut, Jillian enjoys running, spending time in her community of the South End and traveling.
