āWe have been hunting a very long time. Finding the "perfect" home seemed impossible within our budget. Kori was patient and showed us various options and got us to also consider a "fixer upper." We initially did not want to take on any homes that needed renovation since we had no experience in these kind of projects. Kori helped us not visualize but also helped guide us through the process, which made it less intimidating to take on a project. She seemed to know everyone (architects, GCs, landscapers, etc).
