Co-founded by Lena Lerner and Jonathan Kramer, the team offers a unique blend of expertise rarely found within a single real estate practice. Lena specializes in new development sales, marketing, and strategic advisory services, having played an integral role in the planning, launch, marketing, and sellout of numerous residential developments totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in sales volume. Her extensive experience working alongside developers, architects, attorneys, and marketing teams enables her to provide valuable insight into pricing strategy, product positioning, buyer behavior, and market trends.

Jonathan's real estate foundation began within his family's development and construction business, where he gained firsthand experience in construction, property operations, leasing, and development. He later expanded his expertise through a Master's Degree in Construction Management and Real Estate Development from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate and has spent more than 15 years working across development, construction, management, sales, and leasing throughout New York City.
