When our daughter decided to purchase an apartment in Manhattan, she engaged Jonathan to represent her as her realtor. We live in California and soon learned that purchasing property in New York is a COMPLETELY different animal, and without a competent, professional realtor, we would have found ourselves stranded! Jonathan was far more than that! He lined up several places within our budget for us to visit in a short period of time as we were only there for a couple of days. He did an excellent job narrowing down the vast number of listings to show us ones that met her criteria and budget, and not wasting our time. But to me what sets him apart is the level of care he has provided since we met him. He negotiated a great deal for us, and even went back when we realized the HOA would be increasing to get additional concessions! He responds to every inquiry quickly and helped us make sense of the myriad requirements a COOP endures. Not once did we ever feel like we were bothering him and we honestly could not have completed all the necessary requirements without his assistance & patience. "Our daughter was accepted to PA school, and we had one month to find a place for her to live in Brooklyn on a budget! You can imagine our stress.
