About Kris
Kris Kennedy proudly serves Orlando, Winter Park, and Central Florida areas in residential real estate. He leads a small group of luxury real estate that specialize in the Winter Park and Windermere areas. Kris relocated to Winter Park in 2005 from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He has been a full time Realtor since 2015 and has quickly become one of the top producing agents in Florida. Kris is someone who has purchased and invested in real estate many times on a personal level, as well as relocated to new areas. Kris understands the struggles and frustrations that can accompany the process. Kris and his team enjoy being able to help people achieve their real estate goals while simultaneously avoiding the potential headaches, essentially making the home sale or purchase as easy and smooth as possible. Prior to his career in residential real estate, Kris was a successful sport performance coach with organizations such as United States Tennis Association, IMG Academy, Louisiana State University, and New York University.
