Kris Li

With an undergraduate degree in architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and a MFA in design from Parsons, Kris brings into her real estate practice an eye for exceptional spatial design. With experience practicing as an Exhibition Designer, Kris is always on the lookout for homes with beautifully designed and executed interiors, expertly curated material palettes, experience-oriented amenities and services, and as well as prime locations that bring out the unique flavors of New York.

Having immersed herself in the Manhattan midtown scene for over 6 years prior to her move to Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, Kris has always had a passion for finding lifestyle inspirations and taking in all New York City has to offer. Whether it’s shopping buyer’s boutiques, gallery hopping, running routes with new views or exploring a trendy neighborhood’s new restaurants, she believes a home is the collective experience of these wonderful facets of living.

Growing up in Shenzhen, China with Cantonese roots before moving to the states as a teenager, Kris is native in Mandarin and strives to cater to both the local and international clientele. She understands the challenges faced and provides the support you deserve when you’re looking to call a new place home. A great listener, she actively seeks to build relationships that are meaningful, and to provide an experience which is enjoyable.
