“We were lucky to find Kris Nelson, who came highly recommended friends. Kris was most patient with our endless questions and concerns. I have worked with buyers' agents before and have had mixed experiences, but there was never a doubt in our minds as to who Kris was looking out for. He was helpful in comparing homes in different neighborhoods, and especially at pointing out the good and bad points about particular properties, the underlying value due to construction, neighborhood, recent comparables, security, etc. Kris was absolutely professional and followed up on every request. I would recommend him to my best friends. " - S. Studebaker
