Kris Peay

After a successful career in public relations, marketing and non-profit work, Kris joined Compass to combine her professional skills with her passion for real estate. A California native, Kris has worked up and down the coast cultivating life-long relationships in various industries from technology and finance, to design and real estate. Having purchased and sold several of her own homes, Kris understands both sides of residential real estate and prides herself on counseling clients through both the emotional and professional sides of each transaction. Her number one goal is to provide clients with a seamless process from start to close, with a solid foundation steeped in integrity and compassion.

Through Compass’ proprietary platform, Kris’ clients will have the benefit of leading-edge marketing and online tools and access to specialty services like Compass Concierge, Bridge Loan Services and Compass Exclusives. She joins a team of highly regarded, well-established professionals with more than 500 million dollars in sales.

Kris is a graduate of the University of Southern California and lives in Orange County.
