Krista Mehr has facilitated thousands of successful home transactions since obtaining her real estate license in 2004. Originally from Arizona, she's a second-generation real estate broker who grew up in the industry. She relocated to Seattle, Washington, in 2001 with the sole purpose of starting a meaningful real estate career.

Prior to joining Compass, Krista owned a boutique real estate brokerage for 14 years. She has a deep understanding of marketing, real estate law, ethics, and contract negotiation. Communication, honesty, and experience are the core values of her business. Krista’s negotiation skills, experience, and innovative marketing strategies have helped her clients achieve their goals through every market cycle.
