Kristen Abell is the founder of Abell To Sell and one of Denver’s top-performing real estate professionals. As an early adopter of Compass Denver, she has built a reputation as a trusted Denver neighborhood expert, helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate some of the city’s most sought-after communities, including Washington Park, Platt Park, Cory-Merrill, and Wellshire.

In addition to residential real estate, Kristen brings extensive expertise in renovation, design, and new construction. Over the past 15+ years, she and her husband have completed several high-end renovations throughout Denver, as well as a spec home in the Cory-Merrill neighborhood, giving clients unique insight into remodel potential, pop tops, additions, ADUs, and long-term property value.

Originally from Oklahoma, Kristen moved to Denver in 2006 after graduating from the University of Kansas. Most recently, she and her family spent four months living in Argentina, an experience that broadened her global perspective and deepened her connection to home, lifestyle, and community. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys playing tennis at Wash Park, biking with her family through Platt Park, skiing in the mountains, and giving back through local community initiatives.
