Kristen Denihan

Kristen Denihan has been a vibrant part of the Manhasset community since 2006, though her ties to the area run deep through her husband's family, who have cherished the North Shore for over 50 years. Growing up in Bethpage, Kristen combines her lifelong familiarity with Long Island with an innate passion for the unique charm of Manhasset. 

With over ten years of experience at a previous real estate firm, Kristen was awarded the Gold Circle of Excellence, showcasing her commitment to excellence and her profound understanding of the industry's intricacies. Her dedication to real estate stems from her love of variety and learning—no transaction or client is ever the same. She thrives on gaining new insights with every transaction and delights in the creative process of staging homes and preparing them for sale. Kristen's appreciation for Manhasset's picturesque landscapes and tight-knit community further fuels her enthusiasm, making her a trusted advisor to her clients.
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nutrition from Long Island University, where she played four years of collegiate soccer. This experience honed her teamwork and collaboration skills, which she now enthusiastically brings to the Traci Conway Clinton team. 


Outside her professional life, Kristen is a devoted hockey and lacrosse mom, balancing her career with active involvement in her children's activities. At home, with children aged 30 down to 10, Kristen has truly been through it all in this community, expertly navigating the local school district, as well as various sports and clubs, drawing strength and inspiration from their close-knit bonds. Kristen's involvement in local charities underscores her commitment to the community.
