About Kristen
Hello! My name is Kristen Dillman and I would love to help you with your real estate needs.

Whether you are looking to purchase a new home and need help with researching the market or if you are thinking about selling and want to ensure your property is priced accurately, I have the training and skills to make sure that both the buying and selling process go as smoothly as possible. Each customer is unique and I will do my best to make sure that I understand your specific circumstances and work with you throughout each step of the process. Attention to the details is extremely important to me as well as timely and accurate communication.

I started my career with a degree in accounting and worked as a CPA and in corporate financial reporting for 17 years. My background and training has given me a unique skill set and prepared me to understand the real estate market from a financial standpoint. It has also provided me with experience leading project teams, preparing presentations and communicating at all levels within the corporate environment. The years of experience in this role have helped me as a realtor to ensure that each transaction I work on goes as smoothly as possible. I am passionate about real estate and enjoy working with each new customer to apply my skills and knowledge to their unique set of circumstances.

Raising 3 children and multi-tasking while having a career and a family has taught me so many valuable life lessons that I use and apply everyday as a realtor. Buying and selling a home can be emotional and stressful at times, but I will be there for you as a confident, friend and advisor to navigate you through the entire process. I know and appreciate how valuable time is for everyone and will make it a priority that the real estate transaction is handled as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
