Kristen Gonzalez

Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Kristen Gonzalez is a native South Floridian and a local expert. Previously a Chief Administrative Officer for a Medicare Brokerage in Fort Lauderdale, Kristen has had experience in strategic business planning, policy implementation and improvement, marketing, and client relations. As someone with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for working with people, she has always been drawn to a career as a real estate agent. 

From an early age, Kristen developed her real estate knowledge as her father used to build houses on Palm Beach since before she was born and taught her all about the process. As a long-term South Florida resident, she provides an extensive local expertise to her clients who are newer to the area. Kristen loves the relationship building part of being in the real estate industry and her energetic and compassionate nature are what make her successful as an agent. She prides herself on putting her clients’ best interests first and helping them to achieve their goals through real estate.

Kristen has played sports her entire life and comes from an athletic family which has played a huge role in developing her personality and strong work ethic. She played Division 1 softball at the University of Detroit Mercy and then graduated with her degree in Sports Management, her sister played college sports, and her brother played professional baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals. She knows what it means to be a teammate and has an excellent ability to roll with any situation that presents itself. 

In 2021, Kristen joined the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, an award-winning, nationally recognized top-producing team known for finding homes for Jupiter’s professional athletes and their families. With her sports background, incredible people skills, and local expertise as a South Florida native, she fits right into the Meyer Lucas Group, providing high-quality experiences and treating every client like a VIP.

When she’s not selling homes, you can find Kristen, her husband Francisco(and their daughter Mavi) hopping around all of South Florida looking for the best investment properties. Francisco specializes in all interior renovations throughout South Florida and is an added tool Kristen has in her back pocket. Whether they're working together to help get her listings in top shape, or to figure out renovation costs for buyers - it's truly a convenience as a client.
