MYXOPAPILLARY EPENDYMOMAS
(MEPN) is a type of glioma, a slow-growing tumor that arises from the supportive tissue of the brain and spinal cord. These tumors are known to recur locally and the cause of Ependymomas is Unknown.
With very few long-term treatments and no absolute cure, many men, women and children with this type of cancer endure a life of several invasive and aggressive surgeries. Please help so we can continue to research and FIND A CURE Soon!
