Kristen grew up working at her grandparents' lumber yard and hardware store just north of The City of Pittsburgh, PA. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs coupled with being a daughter of a (Ret.) United States Army Command Sergeant Major, she was taught the importance of discipline, hard work, and dedication. She also learned that cultivating personal relationships is the foundation of a successful business. Kristen’s core belief is that delivering extraordinary service to your clients is paramount.
 
Kristen and her husband Nathan, have two boys and live in Old Town. The two are very active in the community and within the boys schools. They support locally owned businesses and restaurants in any way they can to help the community they love continue to thrive.
