About Kristen
Kristen has more than two decades of real estate experience, starting in 1998 at Union Turnpike Real Estate located in Queens, NY. Making a life time commitment to the real estate industry, Kristen decided to purchase Union Turnpike Real Estate, successfully running it for over 8 years before selling it to a larger firm. This sale allowed her to transition into being an independent broker while raising her two boys.
Kristen’s approach to real estate has always been simple. Be strong enough to lead, smart enough to listen, and adapt when necessary. Her experience has taught her the importance of being detailed. She understands each move and decision is critical because each transaction is unique! Kristen joined Compass and the Stanco-Misiti Team, because she believes in their team approach and was very impressed with their digital platforms.
