About Kristen
For Kristen, Moore County isn't just where she works—it's home. She and her family live in a 1920s house in Weymouth Heights, which means when a client asks about plaster walls or knob-and-tube wiring, that isn't research, she has lived it herself.
As a military spouse, a mom of three, and co-owner of The Corner Collective coworking space in downtown Southern Pines, she's spent years building a life in this town, not just selling it.
Kristen is Co-Principal of The Foundry Group at Compass, which she founded with Leigh Amigo. The two spent six years as competitors before coming together as cofounders.
Before real estate, Kristen spent years as a NICU nurse, caring for the smallest and most vulnerable patients. That work taught her to stay calm when the room isn't, to catch the detail everyone else missed, and to tell a family the truth when the truth is hard. She brought all of it with her.
Since 2019, she's helped clients buy and sell more than $100,000,000 in property across Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Moore County and beyond.
