Kristen Murphy

Before real estate, I built my career in construction, business, and client advocacy. I worked hands-on as a carpenter, studied business in the Midwest, and later opened a residential construction company. After relocating to Florida, I continued in the industry as an Account Executive with Roofs Only FL, working closely with homeowners, contractors, and industry leaders.

I'm often paying attention to the details that often don’t show up in a listing or photograph. I appreciate well-built homes, great locations, thoughtful design, and properties that have something genuinely different about them.

Southwest Florida is home for me. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me on the boat exploring the islands or walking the beach with my kids.
