Kristen Richards joined us in June 2023 as an eighteen-year, seasoned professional specializing in listing, sales, tenant placement, and property management. Before gaining her real estate license, she was, and still is a real estate investor and landlord, giving her true insight into many sides of the industry. She delights in finding a win-win in every transaction. Embracing the latest technology to give her clients cutting-edge tools, her level of service is unsurpassed. With nearly thirty years of residency in Tampa, she possesses valuable knowledge of the region's evolution and progression, making her an excellent source of information regarding all aspects of real estate and lifestyle. She has volunteered and served on the board of many community organizations, such as the Spring of Tampa Bay, Guardian ad Litem, Little League, and PTA. She serves as Treasurer for the Pinellas County Hunter Association, a 75-year-old horse show held at the Florida State Fair Grounds. If she isn't spending quality time with her family or helping someone fulfill their real estate dreams, you'll find her pursuing her third passion in some sort of equestrian endeavor.
