Kristen's career transition from Vice President at FOX Sports Sales to real estate was a simple decision. Her sales experience helped hone her negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and client relations. Additionally, she and her husband, Scott, are raising three children in Greenwich; Cole is a student at the College of Charleston, and Allie and Reese are at Greenwich High School.

Collaborating with her twin sister, Jenny Allen, who is highly regarded in the real estate industry, adds a unique dynamic to their work.
