Kristi Buehring specializes in representing buyers and sellers in Galveston, League City, and Houston. As a Galveston island resident that formerly resided in Houston's Garden Oaks neighborhood for over 20 years, Kristi has in depth knowledge of both Galveston and Houston markets. Kristi is a 2024 Texas Realtors Leadership Program Graduate, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and is a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist. She also volunteers with the Galveston Historical Foundation for their annual Historic Homes Tour.
Beyond her experience in real estate, Kristi spent her first career negotiating oil and gas contracts for global energy companies and developed strong attention to detail and ability to execute even in challenging situations. These skills have served her and her clients well in real estate. Kristi earned her undergraduate from Lamar University and her Masters in Energy Legal Studies from Oklahoma City University and resides in Galveston with her two daughters.
