After growing up in Park Cities, Kristi graduated from the University of Georgia and returned to her roots where she and her husband Ryan now are raising their three children. She understands intimately the things families look for in a home, from area schools, sports and attractions, to the ins and outs of individual streets and neighborhoods, she helps each client locate the best fit for them. Her years of experience have taught her how to evaluate the latest market trends and use that data to her client's advantage. She also has a vast network of contractors and colleagues to call upon when the need arises. She's a firm believer in setting realistic expectations, and understands how to set pricing to get the right deal.
