Kristi is a licensed Realtor® with Compass, proudly serving clients in
both St. Louis and along Florida’s scenic 30A. With over 10 years of
expertise in the industry and as a St. Louis native, she offers full-service
real estate support from the Gateway City to the Emerald Coast. Kristi
takes a boots-on-the-ground approach in both areas, working tirelessly to
help clients buy, sell, or invest with confidence.
With residency in both St. Louis and 30A, Kristi brings a unique
blend of familiarity and local insight to each market. Deeply rooted
in the St. Louis community, she raised her family there and
dedicated years of service to Westminster Christian Academy as
both a volunteer and an employee. On 30A, she has immersed
herself as both a homeowner and investor, actively participating in
community life by volunteering at events, joining a bocce league,
and hosting a dinner club. Also, with a background in accounting,
it is important for her to identify prime investment opportunities for
clients, to navigate complex transactions, and streamline the
home buying and selling process.
