About Kristi
With a background in Psychology from Hendrix College, I built my real estate business around understanding people first because every transaction is deeply personal.
A lot of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which honestly means the world to me. I tend to work closely with people in my circle and their friends and family, so building real relationships, not just closing deals, is a huge part of how I operate.
I always start with a casual meeting to make sure we’re a good fit for each other and to walk through the process so you know exactly what to expect. From there, I’m as hands-on as you need me to be. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming (especially for first-time buyers), so my goal is to make it feel manageable, clear, and even a little fun.
I work a lot with first-time home buyers, new construction, and referrals, and I take a lot of pride in being someone my clients can lean on, not just during the transaction, but long after closing too.
When I’m not working, I’m usually hanging out with my dog Ivan, tackling a new DIY project around the house, playing volleyball or spikeball, working in my community garden, or planning my next trip or camping weekend. And fun fact: I’ve been knitting since 4th grade, so I’m always in the middle of some random project.
If you’re thinking about making a move, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit!
