Kristiana is experienced in building detailed investment pro formas and analyzing potential investment opportunities using current market data and local economic drivers to help clients make informed decisions. She attended the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where she studied entrepreneurship with a minor in real estate development. During her time at USC, she served as President of a 200+ person marketing agency, managing high-level client accounts, overseeing large budgets, and working with industry-leading professionals — experience that shaped her sophisticated approach to branding, negotiations, and client strategy.
