About Kristin
Kristin brings over 9 years of award-winning real estate experience to The Rush Collection at COMPASS Florida. From the mountains in Georgia, to the city and suburbs of Atlanta, Kristin assisted buyers and sellers in realizing their real estate dreams. Wanting to live in paradise, she brought that expertise to the Tampa Bay area. Kristin began investing in FL real estate years ago and now resides on Snell Isle - adjacent to vibrant downtown St. Petersburg. She invests in properties and has experience stripping a home down to the studs and building it back. Her connections in the area are broad and deep. She also has sold in the Sarasota area and has done business along that route.
Kristin was a Vice President at The Coca-Cola Co. in Atlanta. She ended her 18 year sales and marketing career at Coke, but brings valuable knowledge of contracts, with success negotiating multi-million dollar deals. Her business savvy and ability to translate complex situations benefits her real estate customers.
Kristin enjoys giving back to the community and was elected as a Director on the Snell Isle Property Owners Association board. She manages the communications and social accounts for Snell Isle and organizes a community Food Truck Friday event each quarter that brings food trucks in to feed the neighbors while raising money and donations for local charities. Recent support includes: St. Pete Free Clinic, CASA of Pinellas County and St. Vincent de Paul, Friends of Strays and more.
