About Kristin
I have worked in real estate for the past 14 years, successfully turning houses into homes, and playing matchmaker for my clients. I specialize in helping sellers prepare their homes to appeal to the most buyers for the best price. On the buyers side, I enjoy identifying and achieving all the potentials and possibilities in the homes they want. Either way, my approach is a collaborative effort.

Prior to becoming a realtor I worked in several industries, including IBM in California as well as non-profits, been a small business owner, and have an interior design background. I enjoy remodel projects and know how to get that "bang for your buck" with home updates.

The majority of my experience has been in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Superior, Broomfield, and Longmont, with occasional work farther north or south when needed. Specifically, I have expertise in LoLa - Louisville, Longmont and Lafayette - including Waneka Landing, Indian Peaks, and the newer developments of North End and Steel Ranch.

I have been fortunate to have lived all around the country but have found our forever home in Colorado. Like many, I was drawn to our great state for the 300 days of sunshine in addition to the snow days, sports teams, amazing culinary experiences, incredible music venues, and extensive outdoor life. I hold a bachelor's degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Masters Degree from San Jose State, CA, and an Interior Design Certificate from Sheffield School of New York.

My family and I reside in Lafayette and spend a lot of our free time playing games, hiking, and enjoying the local music and comedy scene. We also love to travel abroad whenever possible.

Locally, I have been involved in the Chamber of Commerce and on the boards of two business groups. I look forward to seeing you at The Post restaurant or 95a Bistro in Lafayette, perhaps the Louisville Street fair, or walking our dogs around Waneka Lake, at the farmers market, hiking the trails, or any one of the other activities we have in this great state.
