Kristin Brown

I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona. My father was an electrical engineer during the week and on weekends worked on rental properties he would purchase, rehab and rent. My brother, sister and I were put to work doing odd jobs around the site and so I began my humble start in real estate.

Since those early years, I graduated from UCLA with an Economics degree, began my professional singing career, traveled to Aspen to do a show and stayed ten years. In Aspen, I returned to real estate as an associate broker with Allen, Sharkey, Braden and Whitaker Real Estate and began my work in the luxury home market and working with real estate investors.

Why do I do this? I am blessed with an incredibly supportive husband who is my biggest cheerleader in life. This profession affords me the balance of home and work life that I want for my family of seven children combined plus their growing families. I am truly grateful for all of my clients and colleagues whom have contributed to all of my successes and growth in this fascinating, challenging and rewarding industry.

Returning to Scottsdale in 2002, I began working with real estate developers and investors on various projects. I have also been a part of the Phoenix community in a very different way - by singing the National Anthem. I have sung for a variety of sporting events including; the Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, Salt River Fields spring training games, and MLB World Baseball Classic. I was also honored to sing at special events such as the Yarnell Hill Fire Victim Relief Concert, Arizona Concours d'Elegance, Thunderbird II Field Veterans Memorial and Special Olympics Arizona.

When I work with clients it is of utmost importance to provide professional and timely service. I understand the intricacies of real estate as an asset and as a major life investment, most importantly as the place one calls ""home so I believe in thorough research, preparation, and in turn following my instinct.
