About Kristin
Kristin is excited to join Jaime Richter's team at Compass as a Transaction Coordinator, Rental Specialist, and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. With a strong foundation in brand marketing and promotions, she brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every transaction she supports.
Before entering real estate, Kristin built her career in brand marketing promotions for high-profile television and streaming networks. She executed 360° marketing campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing creative assets to ensure seamless launches. Through this work, she developed exceptional project management skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the big picture—skills that translate naturally into guiding transactions from contract to close. She takes pride in creating structure, anticipating needs, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Along with her husband and 2 boys, Kristin moved to NJ from Astoria, Queens back in 2015. Looking for a commutable town with a diverse community and more space, they quickly fell in love with West Orange and the surrounding areas. Over the past 10 years they have found a strong community and a place to call home. In her free time, she loves playing tennis, being outdoors, listening to music, traveling, and snuggling with her dog, Blue.
