About Kristin
Kristin Indorato brings over 10 years of real estate experience and a steady, caring presence that helps people feel supported from the very beginning. Thoughtful, kind, organized, and calm under pressure, Kristin understands that real estate is about more than contracts and properties. It is about people, families, timing, trust, and helping clients move confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
A graduate of James Madison University, where she studied English and Creative Writing, Kristin has always been drawn to stories, communication, and the details that make each person’s journey unique. She began her career as a paralegal at a large law firm in New Jersey, building a strong foundation in contracts, deadlines, organization, and clear communication.
In 2013, Kristin entered the real estate world through property management, working in commercial and luxury real estate in New York City. There, she learned the business from the inside out, gaining firsthand experience with clients, vendors, operations, timelines, and the many moving parts behind successful transactions.
After moving to Nashville in 2016, Kristin continued building on that experience as COO of a structural engineering company, bookkeeper and compliance director for a construction team, and as a transaction coordinator for several Realtors. In those roles, she supported agents and clients through complex processes and transactions, managing the details that help make the process feel smooth and organized.
Becoming a licensed agent was a natural next step after more than a decade of work in real estate, operations, contracts, communication, and client service. Her background gives her a strong understanding of both the technical and emotional sides of buying and selling a home.
What sets Kristin apart most is her caring nature. She listens closely, communicates clearly, and wants every client to feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. She knows that a home is more than a transaction and that every client has a unique set of needs and priorities.
At home, Kristin is a wife and mother of two boys. Her husband, Jason, owns a local handyman business, giving their family a practical understanding of homes, repairs, maintenance, and what it means to care for a property. Outside of work, Kristin writes novels for fun, loves jigsaw puzzles, and brings that same creative, thoughtful problem-solving approach to every client relationship.
With Kristin, clients get more than a real estate agent. They gain a trusted guide with deep real estate experience, a clear understanding of the process, and a genuine commitment to their home, family, and future.
