I’m obsessed with the homes that make your heart skip a beat. Whether it’s an untouched mid-century gem, a Victorian with a past, or a grand old Georgian mansion, I geek out over great design and I love working with people who do too. I live in a 1909 carriage house in the heart of Chestnut Hill, so yes, I practice what I preach.

I’m Kristin McFeely, the creative force behind the Philadelphia Home Collective, where real estate meets killer design, smart tech, and genuine human connection. I lead a handpicked team of real estate pros who believe buying and selling a home should be as seamless and stylish as your dream space itself. We blend high-design, tech-savvy strategy, and a very human touch to make sure you land in a home that feels like you. I’ve been at this game for 20 years, and let’s just say, I know a good house when I see one.

I studied Fine Arts at The University of the Arts, polished my design chops at Moore College of Art, and eventually founded my sister staging company, the Philadelphia Design Collective, where I bring my love of staging and interiors to life.

When I’m not matchmaking people with their forever homes, you’ll find me road-tripping with my husband in a big van, scouring flea markets for vintage treasures, kicking back at our lake cabin in the Poconos, relaxing on the beaches of Maryland or Cape Cod, or digging through crates of old vinyl. Because just like homes, the best things in life come with a little history.
