Kristina’s practice encompasses residential real estate, legacy land, and new development, with a particular expertise in luxury properties. Before joining Compass, she founded and led a successful boutique real estate company for more than a decade, establishing a reputation for thoughtful representation and an in-depth understanding of complex development projects.

Her portfolio includes the landmark Intrawest development in the Village at Palisades Tahoe, as well as projects in Turks and Caicos. She has also served as Broker of Record for significant residential developments throughout California, bringing a sophisticated understanding of development, marketing, and the unique dynamics of luxury resort real estate.


Kristina's unique background includes growing up in Anchorage, Alaska, and attending college in Colorado, where she was an All-American alpine ski racer. She moved to Tahoe to start her family and now enjoys the area's vibrant lifestyle with her daughter, Ava.
