Kristine Flynn

Kristine has quickly made a name for herself among Orange County real estate professionals, rising to achieve top producer status within just a few short years of joining Mike Johnson and the team.  Her dedication remains steadfast in curating a seamless experience for her clientele, ranging from first time buyers to experienced sellers and investors. At the heart of her business are the relationships she has built with her clients, a large network of cooperating agents, and numerous vendors throughout the area. 

After graduating with a B.S. degree, followed by a Master’s in Public Health, from UCLA, she fed her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business by starting and growing a successful health and wellness company as well as a job placement firm with her husband. It was after moving to Laguna Beach in 2010 that Kristine became truly passionate about real estate when she had the opportunity to flip, build, and sell several Southern California properties. Her discerning eye for design, a comprehensive knowledge of construction, and a deep understanding of market trends has been honed through the years – and she’s always ready and willing to share this knowledge.

As the mother of three, Kristine is deeply involved with the community of Laguna Beach. She supports local businesses, volunteers in classrooms throughout the district and sits on the board of SchoolPower, Laguna Beach’s non-profit education foundation. She keeps things positive and calm under pressure. Her honesty, integrity, professionalism and mindfulness make for ideal buying and selling experiences as well as solid, lifelong relationships with her clients.
