Before her career in real estate, Kristine served as a mortgage loan officer with Bank of America and worked as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), negotiating short sales and helping distressed homeowners prevent foreclosure. Her broad background and wealth of knowledge have proven invaluable in supporting clients through every phase of the real estate journey.

With over 15 years at Coldwell Banker, Kristine has earned recognition through the prestigious Diamond Society and Team Sterling Society awards.
