Her first home purchase was a condo on Lake Washington in Kirkland (a fun story she loves to share) while later a move to the waterfront on the Puget Sound. Kristine now enjoys an urban lifestyle living in a waterfront town with boardwalk restaurants, shops and hiking trails.

Kristine's real estate career spans over 20 years in residential and commercial sales, marketing and management. She entered the business as a Marketing Manager for Super Regional Shopping Centers at Bellevue Square and Lakewood Mall as well as Tacoma Mall. Kristine is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle and a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority chapter. She has three children, a daughter on the east coast pursuing real estate, a middle daughter applying to medical school, and son who is finishing high school. Raised in a real estate and in the construction family, Kristine enjoys home design, landscapes and architecture. The Pacific Northwest is home as she is part of the swimming, hiking and equestrian community. As a member of the Arabian Horse Association, Kristine has competed nationally in equestrian competitions and enjoyed coaching her daughers in the Arabian horse show industry.
