Q&A Section

Q: How does your background in business consulting translate to being a real estate agent?

A: My personal goal and priority as a talent development executive has always been to support clients in their wellbeing. Real Estate can change people’s lives and dramatically impact their happiness. I wanted to be part of that at a tangible level. My desire is to help people find their ideal property, to strengthen their financial wellness and aid them in securing their future.

Q: What are your top three strengths you bring from your background?

A: Curiosity, compassion and creative problem-solving. I prefer to work with my clients to understand their needs, talk through their challenges, and find creative ways to solve problems. I genuinely care about the people with whom I work - clients, colleagues, and vendors. I truly believe better relationships have better outcomes in all transactions.

Q: What do you want people to know about your technical competence?

A: I have worked across industries and across geographies analyzing markets, understanding trends and making data-informed decisions. Having a deep understanding of the local market helps me with pricing strategy and building trust with clients. I want my clients to win. Diligence, collaboration, communication, negotiating terms, flexibility, organization and being detail-oriented are the keys to making that happen.
