Kristy Deal

Highly energetic and creative, Kristy is a person always on the run . Born and raised in New Jersey, she studied Fine Arts Drexel University where she continues to demonstate success with her listings, buyers and more. 

For Kristy, real estate was a perfect choice. She has lived in 15 cities and knows first-hand the trials and stresses experienced during a transaction. She has boundless energy for clients, and her artistic eye will be put to great use in staging properties for the market and well as getting clients to receive top dollar for one of their largest investments.

Kristy has a broad range of interests outside of real estate. She a skilled tennis player,  pickleball player, skier, cycling enthusiast, yoga lover, and traveler. She is CPR certified, an SAT tutor, and volunteers for A Wider Circle, Rotary, Habitat for Humanity and S.O.M.E. (So Others May Eat). Kristy and her family live in the heart of downtown Bethesda and enjoy being in the thick of it all.

Over the past eight years, Kristy has been awarded Best of Bethesda (consecutively), Real Producers, Top 5% in the DMV area, Washingtonian Awards and recently a GCAAR Recognition.
