About Kristy

Kristy has been a licensed real estate agent in Delaware since 2003. In her many years of selling homes, her experience has become invaluable to The Mottola Group. Kristy is hands-on in every aspect of the business, from assisting 1st time home buyers to find their ideal new home to assisting sellers of high end estates list their home for sale. She has also been working side-by-side with her brother-in-law, Stephen, since the start of her career to assist him with managing his clients. Because of this breadth and depth of knowledge, she is the go-to for her clients. Her invaluable expertise ensures that The Mottola Group clients have a smooth home sale and purchase experience.

Kristy and her husband live in North Wilmington, where they raised their two sons. She enjoys volunteer work and is a current member of the St. Mary Magdalen School Board and a founding Board member of a brand new organization - Good Friends of the First State. Previously she worked with The Christmas Shop Foundation/Perfect Gift which benefited Delaware charities for nearly 100 years.
