Kristy Viator

Kristy is a member of the Modern Living Dallas Team with Compass Real Estate. She currently supports Jeff Mitchell, one of Compass' top real estate agents assisting him and his clients with all of their real estate needs.

She was raised in South Louisiana, but has been in the Dallas area for many years and she has been fortunate enough to live in and experience different parts of Dallas and Fort Worth. She raised her son here, he went to school at Woodrow Wilson and is successful in his own right. She volunteers with her church, has gone on a couple of mission trips and has volunteered with animal rescue groups. She currently resides with her dog, Jasper, and giant cat, Roscoe in The Colony.

She has a strong background as an assistant and an executive assistant and has worked for and with a variety of companies, starting at a law firm, to the C-suite, all the way to a custom clothier, and brings her many years of experience working with various personalities in guiding clients through their unique real estate transaction. Her clients' goals become her goals.
