"Our dear friends referred us to Krystal when we began our home search and it's easy to see why. Because we were not living in town at the time, it was important to us to have an Austin expert whose judgment we trusted on the ground on our behalf. "I cannot emphasize enough what a pleasant experience it was to work with Krystal. My boyfriend and I were considering buying a home in Austin and we are first-time home owners, so this whole process was initially very intimidating. I've had some negative experiences with realtors when searching for an apartment to rent, so I had some negative stereotypes of realtors (I figured they all just wanted to make money fast and don't really care about good customer service).
