"When I first started my home search, I was just feeling out the market and going to a few open houses to see what was out there. At each showing the agents would try to get me to sign them on as my realtor, give me a card and try to get my information. Krystle and Paul were completely different. From the get go, they were very helpful and sincere. They asked me questions about what I was looking for and about my opinions of the property without ever being pushy or intrusive. The place the Padillas were showing wasn’t a fit but their friendly personalities and honest, straightforward communication were exactly what I needed on my side. Once they were representing me we took our time curating lists of places to look at and talking about what worked best for me.
