A lifelong East Bay resident, Kurt grew up in Orinda and understands the Lamorinda real estate market from a uniquely local perspective. Now approaching 28 years in residential real estate, Kurt has successfully guided buyers and sellers through more than 500 home sales, earning a reputation for market expertise, strategic negotiation, and trusted advice.

Having grown up, raised a family, and built a career in Lamorinda, Kurt’s work is deeply rooted in community. His clients are often neighbors, friends, and families navigating important life transitions such as purchasing a first home, move sellers, downsizing, or relocating within the East Bay.

Outside of real estate, Kurt is a dedicated family man. His son Nick (28) works at the well-known, family-owned Diablo Foods, while his daughter Chloe (18) is a college freshman studying abroad in Florence, Italy. Kurt is an avid golfer, daily fitness enthusiast, and a lover of food, wine, and entertaining—interests that keep him closely connected to the East Bay lifestyle he proudly represents.

Life Outside Real Estate

When he’s not helping clients buy or sell homes in Lamorinda, Kurt enjoys cooking and dining with family and friends — often accompanied by a good bottle of wine. Kurt is a Moraga Country Club resident where he owns a home overlooking the 5 th hole. He plays weekly golf in the “Bull’s League, exercises weekly at the Club’s new fitness center and enjoys other activities including summer afternoons at the pool, bocce ball league nights and casual dinners at the clubhouse bar.
