Having personally remodeled multiple properties, Kyla has an extensive understanding of development and design which make her a unique advisor to her clients. With a keen eye for detail and design, Kyla excels at helping buyers imagine and create their dream space and helping sellers prep their homes to look their best and garner the highest price.
Previously a professional ballerina, Kyla navigates each transaction with poise and professionalism. She began her real estate career as a Senior Marketing Strategist with Compass. As an integral part of the marketing teams in Austin and Los Angeles, she lead strategy, branding, design, and communication. The daughter of a stylist and interior designer, Kyla grew up immersed in fashion, art, architecture, and interior design. She is extremely passionate and involved in these fields and leverages this varied skill set to elevate each client's experience.
Kyla studied Business, Creative Coding, and Graphic Design at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She loves calling Santa Monica home. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, golf, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her french bulldog, Stella
