"Simply put, Kyla is quite possibly the best real estate agent on the planet.

There isn’t a single aspect of her job that she isn’t exceptional at. From the little things - like being unbelievably responsive (we were constantly amazed that she almost never took more than 10 minutes to reply) - to the big things, like guiding us through every decision and expertly navigating negotiations, she is truly best in class.

The most meaningful example of this came early in our search. I fell in love with a beautiful home that happened to be in an area we weren’t truly excited about. We submitted an offer, and when the counteroffer came back, we were seriously considering moving forward. That’s when Kyla gave us advice I’ll never forget. She gently told us that she didn’t think we should submit another offer because, while the house was beautiful, it wasn’t in the location we had always envisioned and would be a huge compromise for the price. Her voice of reason was exactly what I needed to hear and she was absolutely right. We would have been compromising on the one thing we couldn’t change: location. Most agents would encourage a sale because it’s in their best interest, but Kyla is not like that.

About a month later, she found our absolute dream home, the one we ultimately purchased. I’m honestly not sure we would have ended up there had Kyla not given us that guidance when we needed it most. And once we decided on it, her expertise during negotiations was instrumental in helping us successfully close on the home.

She also has continued helping us after close with her Rolodex of trusted professionals from roofers, to handymen, to her pool guy, gardener, etc. This assistance moving in has been so helpful and being able to rely on her professionals has cut out SO much work.

Throughout the entire process, Kyla was incredibly patient. She toured countless homes with us, continuously sourced new opportunities, truly listened to what we wanted, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart. She is someone you can trust.
