Kyle, a South Florida native born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, has extensive expertise in the Broward, Palm Beach, and Dade County real estate markets. Having grown up in the area, Kyle's parents have lived in various neighborhoods around greater Fort Lauderdale, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the entire South Florida region.
After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, Kyle decided to pursue a career in real estate and obtained his Realtor's License. Over the years, his business and client base have steadily grown. Kyle has worked at three different brokerages, gaining valuable knowledge and insights from each company. Throughout his career, he has built a team of professionals to ensure efficient and attentive handling of each transaction.
Kyle's transaction volume averages three times that of the average realtor. Each deal he handles is unique, providing him with a diverse perspective and allowing him to apply that experience to future transactions. During his time at FAU, Kyle took several real estate investment courses as electives, enabling him to guide his clients in making financially sound investment choices, whether for personal use or portfolio building.
In his leisure time, Kyle enjoys traveling with his wife and two children. He also volunteers at St. Coleman's, where his children attend school. Kyle has a passion for outdoor activities, including surfing, golfing, playing baseball, coaching his children's sports teams, and skiing with his family.
