Kyle Frazier

Kyle is the founder of the Imagine Marin Group, serving Marin County, CA (just North of the Golden gate Bridge) - www.ImagineMarin.com. Kyle is the strongest strategic partner one can have when buying or selling real estate in Marin County. His experience transacting on his own investment properties provides a sturdy foundation of sound judgment and nimble problem solving, which has been invaluable to the hundreds of buyers and sellers he has had the pleasure of working with for more than 20 years.

Featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, Kyle is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) who excels in marketing and selling luxury homes. More importantly, Kyle’s negotiation skills are finely honed from his experience as a litigation attorney, as well as time spent as a Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals in San Francisco. 

Because Kyle is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest level of distinction granted by the National Association of Realtors, as well as a CLHMS - the most difficult combination of accreditations to achieve - he has been interviewed and quoted by local and national media including the Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Marin Extraordinary Living, San Francisco Chronicle, Marin Independent Journal, Tiburon Ark, Novato Advance, NorthBayBiz, and the Residential Specialist. 

Kyle was selected as Director of Sales, responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales and negotiations, for The Landing at Hamilton. This 29-home home development located in Hamilton Field, Novato, was developed by Barker Pacific Group (owner of dozens of large scale office buildings in San Francisco and Los Angeles, among other places) and in cooperation with Devcon Construction (builder of Levi’s Stadium). Kyle was also the Director of Sales for Rudnick Estates in Novato. 

Kyle is married and spends most of his time outside of work with his wife Joanna and daughters, Scarlett and Sienna. They like to golf, play tennis, grow vegetables in their garden, and enjoy nature on their paddleboards and kayaks. The Fraziers are golf members at Marin Country Club.

Kyle is committed to helping improve the quality of life of others through direct donations, dedication of time and efforts, and providing free resources to local charities. Kyle supports many local charities, such as the Sparkle Foundation, Power to Soar Foundation, Marin Humane Society, and others. However, Kyle is most proud of the fact that since 2018, through contributions made from each sale, he has funded over a half dozen homes via Home for a Home in Guatemala. This organization provides simple, yet functional, concrete block homes with a bathroom, water filter, clean burning stove and locking front door to needy families. Indeed, the security of a safe, solid home, provides hope and can be the catalyst for dramatic change in people’s lives.
