2. The Landing at Hamilton, Novato, CA. Kyle was selected as Director of Sales, responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales, and negotiations, for this 29-home development in Hamilton Field, Novato, developed by Barker Pacific Group (owner of large-scale office buildings in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Phoenix) in cooperation with Devcon Construction, builder of Levi's Stadium. The community sold out successfully.

3. Rudnick Estates, Novato, CA. As Director of Sales, Kyle provided all marketing, sales, and negotiations for this development, with one cul-de-sac completed and sold out.

Personal

Kyle is married and spends most of his time outside of work with his wife and two daughters. They golf, play tennis, grow vegetables in their garden, and enjoy nature on their paddleboards and kayaks. The Fraziers are golf members at Marin Country Club.

Community

Kyle is committed to improving the quality of life of others through direct donations, dedicated time, and free resources for local charities, including Rotary, the Sparkle Foundation, Power to Soar Foundation, and Marin Humane. He is most proud that, since 2018, through contributions from each sale, he has funded more than half a dozen homes through Home for a Home in Guatemala — an organization providing simple, functional concrete-block homes with a bathroom, water filter, clean-burning stove, and locking front door to families in need.
