Closing was more challenging than expected by everyone involved, but Kyle put a lot of effort and showed very good leadership in driving the lender and their closing team to stay on task and working diligently to get to closing. He was key to making sure all documents and information that had to be to the closing team was done so timely and that recipients moved ahead when it was received. This purchase and closing would not have happened if it weren't for Kyle. I really felt like I had a strong partner in Kyle.
