Kyle Lyon is a Founding Partner and Principal Agent of The Haus Group, a multimillion-dollar producing real estate team specializing in the Dallas luxury market. The Haus Group was formed in 2025 through the merger of the Kyle Lyon Realty Group—which Kyle built into a top-producing team—and The Jewel Group, another leading Dallas real estate team. Together, they bring decades of combined experience and have closed hundreds of successful transactions across Dallas-Fort Worth. With more than a decade of experience, Kyle has built a reputation for exceptional service, strategic results, and lasting client relationships. His expertise has been recognized by major media outlets, including Candy’s Dirt, CBS News, and D Magazine, which named him a D Best Agent in 2018 and a Top Producer in 2022.

Kyle began his real estate journey after a successful career in restaurant management, quickly distinguishing himself in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. In 2014, he was named Rookie of the Year and soon ranked among the top 10% of agents in his office. He went on to launch the Kyle Lyon Realty Group, a team recognized for its client-first approach, deep market knowledge, and expert negotiation skills. In 2020, he joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, expanding his presence in the luxury market before making the strategic move to Compass in 2025, where his vision helped establish The Haus Group.

Beyond real estate, Kyle is an active community leader. He is a past Vice President of the Oak Lawn Committee and a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors. In 2023, he was honored as one of MetroTex’s Top 40 Under 40, recognizing his industry leadership and impact. He is also a proud graduate of MetroTex Leadership Class 25 and holds credentials as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP) participant.
